Latest Newsletter – Happy New Year
Welcome back! We hope you all had a relaxing break and enjoyed the Christmas festivities as much as we did.
From the information the children have been sharing with us it sounds as though everyone had a wonderful time!
Although this is a shorter term it is an extremely busy one. There are lots of workshops and visits taking place including the week long Year 5 residential visit starting 5th February.
Class assemblies continue to take place on Fridays and start at 10.15am for EYFS and KS1 and 2.30 for KS2.
Spring term parent teacher meetings will take place in March, more details will follow.

Cake Sales will be held on the playground on a Friday after school. They will be co – ordinated by the parent representatives who will let you know the date of your class cake sale soon.
We are very grateful to the parents who bring homemade or bought cakes into the school ei- ther on the morning of their class Cake Sale or at the end of the afternoon.
The parents running the cake sale are welcome to come to the office at 2.45pm to collect the cakes and set up the stall.
At the end of last term all children enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch payed for by the PTA.
We are keen to ensure that the school lunch- es provided are of a high quality and would appreciate your feedback by completing a short survey provided by Accent Catering;
We have attached the Spring Term menu should you wish to book school lunches for your child.
During the term we will also be arranging op- portunities for parents to sample some of the dishes served to the children.
As part of our drive towards improving our sporting achievements, training sessions for rugby, football and athletics will be taking place at lunchtimes. The PE team will be talk- ing to the children about this during assemblies over the coming weeks.
